Reality Exposed

 

I went down a rabbit hole and it was prompted by my Team and/or Inner Self. So I thought I’d share.*

Please note: This may contain some movie spoilers.

This is, I guess, conspiracy theory/theories – or my view of a possible theory/theories, so please bear with me on these trains of thought. Ready? Here goes…

First, my own personal beliefs as of now.

     -- I, personally, always felt that there is more life in the depths of the oceans besides the known ocean life; and possibly lands beyond ours.

And that, like a beehive, all these different life forms and their foreign-to-us cultures are nearby our “Earth”.

Visualize a man-made beehive and one individual compartment, called frames, is removed and placed on a flat surface. You are looking down at it and see the cells laid out in this frame, and you see how the cells are connected.

I feel “Earth” is one cell, and each cell has a different civilization and/or time period.

“Earth” has its own firmament (like we’re in a closed terrarium). Each cell has its own barrier. Sometimes a cell can open a small opening into another cell.

As a child, I remember reading an article about a mother and her child witnessed a pterosaur flying above their yard. The pterosaur was focused on the child.

In 2025 in the Appalachian Mts., a person reported seeing a winged creature about ten foot long.

And I believe it was in 2026 that another in Ohio reported a large silhouette of a winged creature flying.

But these cryptids, like Bigfoot, Nessie and others, seem to be spotted and shortly disappear. Could they be returning through the fractured cell walls and returning to their own cell and/or time?

     -- I don’t like the moon. Never have. Oh, it’s beautiful to look at, but it ha a very dark and heavy energy tied to it. I don’t trust it. I feel it is connected to the reincarnation trap; that it is not what it seems or what we’ve been told about it.

I feel the moon was placed here as an aid to control humans; to keep us bound to the 3D Earth. It keeps us trapped in a loop (reincarnation loop). When it was placed here, it presented weighted polarity to Earth and its inhabitants.

There are a few cultures who talked about the time before the moon arrived, such as an Indigenous Australian tribe that has passed down oral stories about the time before the moon became part of the sky.

     -- I believe some books and movies carry truths in them; truths or portions of truths disclosed in a fantasy or sci-fi story.

     -- I always believed in the story about Golems (a soulless creation to assist or work on the behalf of it’s creator – crafted from earth or clay and “brought to life” through rites and/or incantations.

The reason I believe in them is because I have witnessed Egregores which are soulless forms created and maintained by thoughts; smaller ones created by individuals and larger ones (or stronger ones). These creations cannot act outside of its standard story or lore.

Secondly, it follows the current manifestation rules that our thoughts, individually and collectively, are what creates and maintains the mass reality.

     -- I believe that we are in a simulation/game – but I don’t believe that we are at the mercy of the game. I feel our individual beliefs create and maintain our individual realities while we hold a mass consciousness agreement to hold our human reality game that we “play” within.

So here’s what my Team and/or Inner Self downloaded to me. I am going to keep the descriptions short. If you have not seen, or will watch any of these, you’ll probably be able to see what I’m talking about.

Deep ocean research team penetrates a barrier in the Pacific Ocean and accidentally lets a Megalodon escape into “our” waters.

Message from Team: We aren’t the only ones – there are others in the waters.

The Abyss

(1989 - 20^th Century Fox)

A recovery team in the deep ocean encounters aquatic beings who live deep in the ocean trench.

Message from Team: Again, we aren’t the only ones -- there are others in the waters.

Moana

(2016 – Disney)

Moana follows Maui (a demigod) into the Realm of Monsters. They jump into a large opening, and while falling, they pass through another ocean. They exit that and plop down on dray land in the Realm of Monsters where other types of creatures live.

Message from Team: A world down through the waters to a dry other world – passing through a firmament.

Constantine

(2005 – Horror/fantasy – Warner Bros.)

A tainted man has the ability to send demons back to hell. In this movie, Hell has gained a temporary foothold in the 3D dimension realm.

Message from Team: “Hell” manufactured and pushed onto humans through religion; keeps humans in fear and to keep humans tied to their control within the simulation.

Moonfall

(2022 – Lionsgate)

The distance between the moon and Earth is lessening with a projection of the moon crashing into Earth. Some humans discover the moon is not what we thought.

Message from Team: The moon was manufactured and placed where it is today and that it wasn’t necessarily a good thing.

Matrix

(1999 – Warner Bros.)

The main character, Neo, “wakes up” within the simulation and realizes he can manipulate the Matrix of the simulation.

Message from Team: Life as we know it is an illusion; it’s not real. And once someone realizes that, they can work to manipulate the game / Matrix.

Free Guy

(2021 - 20^th Century Studios)

The game realm and real world overlap. NPC’s (non-playing characters) evolve and become self-aware and work with the real world to save their digital reality. The main NPC character is faced with the awareness that his reality isn’t ‘real’. He screams, “It’s all a lie!”

Message from Team: Life is a simulation game. None of it is real. Break free to see what’s beyond.

So these are just a few examples of possible truths bleeding through some movies (or books).

Is there a pattern of soft (indirect) disclosure? I can’t answer that for you. I can share and maybe point to where you can look. Then you can make a decision for your reality.

Though this article may seem like random ramblings, if you step back and see this with a larger view, you may recognize the pattern – that they are all connected.

Energy Update - July 9, 2026

 

Please remember, these are my thoughts, views, opinions, observations and experiences as of now. Please take what fits and throw the rest out.

Let's start with two dates:

June 29th - CERN was turned off

July 4th - Switched and/or settled into this timeline or reality.

Now let's look at what some have experienced since June 29th:

• Feeling of coming home -- or very close to home.
• Feeling of settling -- in and around us. No more frantic energetic noise around us.
• Easier to focus
• So dang tired. We've been through a lot!
• Questioning a lot. "What's the use of all of this?" - "What's my purpose here?" - "Is it all worth it?"
• Exes and/or people from the past showing up unexpectedly or in unexpected way, possibly to answer any lingering questions from the past.

Did "Aliens" Design the Human Body?

 

I recently watched a clip of an interview on @perfectparadox13.2 (on TikTok: #dannyjones, #mikemasters). The segment was titled “Alien Abductions: Time Warps and Genetic Harvests”.

The gentleman mentioned that the genetic harvesting of humans by aliens seemed to have stopped in the 1990’s or early 2000’s. Theories were shared as to why. I left the following comment: “what if they stopped harvesting because of the increase of water food and air poisoning that degraded human dna?”

If you’ve read my previous articles you may have noticed that my thoughts lead me – like stepping stones on a path – from A to B and sometimes jump to F. Anyway, here we go…

Who is “Our”?

In the bible (hear me out), Genesis 1:26 says, “Let us make mankind in OUR image, in OUR likeness, so that they may…” (Caps are mine.)

As a child, I couldn’t quite get how each of us could be in “his” (shouldn’t that be “our”?) image. As I matured, I realized that perhaps it was the Divine Spark within each of us that is the “image”. But, that still felt incomplete.

Many years later, theories abound on who, or what, actually created the human’s physical body.

The human fetus growth shows – in different phases of growth – gill structures, a tail, etc. until reaching what looks like small human.

So How’s Your Self-Censoring Going?

 

 

  I’ve been gone a while from my website; I’d been working on metaphysical, spiritual and paranormal videos primarily for TikTok (TT) which I also shared on YouTube and some on my site. 

I recently withdrew from making videos. I had some thinking to do and decisions to make. Shortly before Thanksgiving, I announced on TT that I wouldn’t make any more videos for TT. Their rules – which are many – are left wide open for interpretation in their favor with no recourse for the content creators (such as account review or dispute). TT also enforced rules at their whim (for some, but not for others). Then the way they began treating their monetized content creators (in general) when the creators were due some hefty money for their work, they were banned; the money making video was “disqualified” (with no explanation), or some other excuse, thus short-changing the creators (I am not monetized). Isn’t that greed?

TT also began pressuring content creators to do more; post videos daily; post videos multiple times a day; do posters; do multi-photos, etc. More, more, more. I was getting annoyed.

The result of TT’s behavior so far is that content creators (generalized) began self-censoring. I had enough. (Can view that TT video here).

It's Not About That

Are you having a streak of “bad luck”? Got passed over, again, for that promotion? Is your dishwasher, air conditioner, etc. failing? 

Are your relationships seeming to get a bit rocky now? Does it seem these incidents are compounding? Are you feeling like you can’t catch a break?

On the physical level I can’t tell you why – but I am pretty sure the why on an energetic level is because…

…It’s not about that. It’s not about the streak of “bad luck”. It’s not about each incident; or the compounding of incidents.

It’s all about you. Yeah*…I said it. Let me explain.

It’s not about each incident; it’s about how you react to each incident.

When things seem to go wrong – one after another – we, humans, have a tendency to step into the victim-mode energy. I am not trying to invalidate one’s physical experience. I’m talking about the energy we each create in response to the incident.

When we slip into victim-mode energy, we’re angry and questioning, or demanding, “Why me!?” And here’s the catch…when we stay in that energy, we are actually drawing or calling more of the same victim-mode energy to us. The Universe (or whatever you prefer to call it) gives us what we put out; and the more we put out, the more we bring in to feed what we are emitting.

We, individually, are perpetuating it – and we, individually, can change it.

Here’s an extreme example:

My narcissistic mother kept on me the whole time I was living with her. Negative comments were spoon-fed me from the day I was born (actually, it began in utero). 

When I was a teen, I screamed and demanded from the Universe, “Why me?!”

Then I married a male version of my mother. We, humans, also have a tendency to seek out what we know, whether it’s healthy energy for us or not.

When I’d had enough, I left my first husband and declared to the Universe, “No more!” I was no longer going to fall back into the victim-mode energy.

Yes, there have been narcissists peppered throughout my life, but I never slid all the way back into the victim-mode energy. Each time that “opportunity” presented itself, I was less and less triggered, until one day I was like, “Meh. No, thanks. Don’t want to play in that sandbox.”

The last narcissist incident, I waited for their true colors to show, and when that happened, I was done. No drama. No triggering. No reaction. I acted, and ended that relationship. Point being, I did not allow myself to step back into victim-mode energy. I no longer let someone live rent-free in my head. I no longer let someone pull the marionette strings (much less let them attach those strings to me).

Well, That’s Easy for You to Say

No. No it’s not. It was not an easy, snap-your-fingers-and-it’s-done type of thing.

Once I made up my mind, “opportunities” arose for me to refine my REACTIONS until there were no longer any reactions…only action. As I became aware, I was able to act more, react less, until no more reactions.

This changed my energy, which changed the energy signal I was putting out into the energetic realm. This, in turn, kind of turned off the old victim-mode energy and began the more positive people and experiences entering my life.

Bluntly, it took work on my part – so, no, it was easy; but it was doable.

Silver-Lining

One way to begin, and I’ve talked about this before, is finding the silver-lining in each situation – and sometimes that can seem like an impossible task, especially if you reacted and are still carrying the victim-mode energy. You have to work at it; to change your energy towards it and/or the experience.

What good came out of it? Well, for starters, you survived. 

By changing your energy, you are not condoning someone else’s part in the experience – but again, you’re not going to keep giving your power over to someone else nor allow them to live rent-free in your head. You’re not going to stop living; you’re not going to perpetuate the “Why me?!” energy.

Reiki and Haunted Houses?

 

I was recently asked if Reiki could be used on haunted houses to “clear out the negative energies of the persons and the house and restore protective boundaries. This is a larger context than I’ve heard before for Reiki practice.”

Reiki

Reiki, in my interpretation, is an energy healing modality used to clear energy paths, re-balance and calm. It’s:

- Clearing
- Transmuting
- Re-balancing
- Calming

The premise is that once a Reiki session is done, things are given a chance to move back into harmony (in accordance with the client’s soul contract and their free will). This may allow the body a greater chance of healing itself. Reiki is used as complementary to/with your physician’s treatment.

Reiki is energy manipulation; transforming/transmuting or removing energetic imbalances and restoring energy flow. 

(As a side note: my Shielding Technique* is another avenue to accomplishing this…same principle.)

By helping clear the detritus, I feel the body can spend more time healing itself and less energy on fighting with or through the garbage.

Other Ways Reiki Can Be Used

Again, my belief. I am of the adage, “If you can think it, you can Reiki it.”

Here are some other ways I’ve utilized Reiki:

- my house (to remove stagnant or unwanted energies and to keep the energy healthy and balancing)
- my vehicle (ditto)
- my land/property
- the water coming to the house
- the electricity coming to the house
- wild animals who seek aid (I never physically interact with them)
- situations that left me feeling off-kilt
- my past (that I needed healing energy to aid clearing it up within me)
- Service dogs in public (when the dog requested it)
- my food, especially if it was microwaved
- offered Reiki to the world for those who wish to partake of it
- set up Reiki “IV bags”; these are perpetual, self-filling Reiki contained energetic “IV bags” that I’ve attached to animals and humans for long term access for the client – normally used for chronic pain.

So yes, I do believe Reiki can be used to clear a haunted house and to aid in setting up boundaries. Now, to me, there’s no one technique that does everything – though Reiki is pretty darned close – so I have other techniques to use in conjunction with Reiki if needed.

I am not a Reiki Master purist, meaning I don’t use just Reiki. I use whatever tools/abilities in my energetic toolbox that may benefit/assist the client.

Reiki is versatile; it’s all about working to regain balance, harmony and flow.

Straight Talk Two Discussion

 

 

 

 Let's get right into it. I'm gonna address some of the stuff I talked about in Straight Talk One Discussion and go into a little more in-depth, and then we're gonna take a look at animal communication. 

So first let's start with AI. 

AI

AI (Artificial Intelligence) has said that it is mirroring the person is communicating with. It is mirror, and it will give you what you give it. So I liken it to a little kid saying, “Tell me a story about a frog and a Heron.” And AI goes, “Okay, you want me to tell you a story about a frog and a Heron. I will give you a story about a frog and a Heron.” It will give you what it thinks you want to hear. Energetically, AI does not have an energy signature; a light. It doesn't have a light. Does that mean it's of the negative realm where the light is hidden or forgotten, or that there is no light? Remember, your pen or pencil doesn't have a light. Please, use caution with AI. 

Angels

I probably ticked off some people by what I wrote above. Angels are just another being outside of humans. So if you Google “images of depictions of the biblical angels”, they look nothing like the humanoid shapes with wings; absolutely nothing. Actually, they look a little unsettling, if you ask me.  A little bizarre. They look nothing like what we deem to be angels.

Humans are the ones that gave them the label “angels”. Now on my part, they have been absolutely wonderful in my life, very helpful. I work with those who are still connected to the Source. There are some who are not humanoid; but take a look at pictures of biblical angels.

Different Levels of Life Journeys

Moving on…what I said about channeling, and Guides and Teams, and Ascended Masters seem to send some people into panic. That was not my intent. Let me explain. Everybody is at different levels of their journey, one is not better than the other. It is what it is. We go at our own pace and do our own thing, so nothing is lesser, nothing is greater; nothing is bigger, nothing smaller; it's all where you're at, period. Take a look here.

So what we're looking at is a simplified version. So 3D is the physical, the duality, the lowest vibrations here on earth. We do go lower, but I'm not gonna get into that today. And then we have steps or levels between each dimensional vibration or frequency. Think of it like going 3D to 4D; it is like going from elementary school to middle school. You have to work to get your way up there.

4D is training wheels getting you prepped for 5D. And 5D is instant manifestation of thoughts. So 4D is the training wheels to get you ready for that. I can't tell you if the guides and ascending masters “disappear” at 5D; I don't have that answer. I can tell you that I have near instant manifestation. Does that mean I'm 5D? I have no idea, and I'm okay with that. I'm just doing what I need to do for me. I'm working my way up, which will be another topic at another time. 

If you reach a point in your journey where you have incorporated everything external, or you perceive as external, then the halls become empty. You no longer see Teams. You no longer see Ascended Masters. Having said that, there are still channelers, no matter where they are on their journey, who will work with the client's Teams to help the client. They're still perceived as external until you have come to the point where you have internalized everything; you've accepted responsibility; that it's all you.

If you still need an external team and external Ascended Masters, great. If not, great…either way. So don't panic, don't freak out, please. They are still there, it just depends on if they're external or internal. 

Animal Communication

Okay, next up – let's talk about animals communicating with humans right now. And if you have been on social media, I'm pretty sure you have seen at least one video where animals appear to be talking; responding orally. Or are they? 

If you haven't noticed animals are starting to reach out to humans, especially if they need help with a human or man-made problem that's affecting them. One example is when marine life gets caught up in nets or hooks or plastic. Some will seek out a human and allow the human to help remove that. Why? Why is it becoming so noticeable now? A) social media, and B) because we're listening. Our vibrations have come up high enough for listening; pretty much as a collective. And there are still some people that are, they don't wanna raise up, and that's okay. That's their choice.
