2019 Is All About The New
So many changes occurring with so many of us, and this is not a bad thing. We are growing and changing. And while we are doing this, and because we are beginning to pay more attention to self – all of self – new, and some wondrous things are being presented.
You are changing. I am changing. And these changes can make us feel very hungry and very tired (we are using a lot of energy during these changes, and the changes have been a bit more exhausting than in the past); and then can be offset by periods of changing foods, eating less, and need less sleep…only to rotate back to hungry and tired. Even the cycles can be exhausting :-).

Energy Update - December 24, 2018
The full moon this past weekend (December 22nd) has brought with it a unique energy; one we’ve been working towards for many years.
In the South, one would say, “It’s fixin’ to get real.”
Some Things You May Notice
No more saying “symptoms” (I recommend looking up the definition of “symptoms”…that’s why).
An increase in difficulty focusing our intention, thoughts and/or energy.
It’s like we are having to re-train our thinking process. For some (my hand is raised here) it’s almost comical – if it weren’t so frustrating. It appears that, since we are taking responsibility for our thoughts, letting our minds wander is becoming disruptive.

Great Blob of Envy
I couldn’t figure out what was wrong, but knew something was definitely “off” with me. I hadn’t done anything different; hadn’t had any interactions with anyone negative; I wasn’t sick…so what was going on?

Energy Update - December 10, 2018
Energy Update – December 10, 2018
~ Mercury Went Direct ~
Whew! We made it! I’ve seen some walking around looking a bit stunned, or looking like they feel as though they’ve been hit from every side, or not quite sure what happened.
Some experienced:
- feeling like they just emerged from a whirlwind, an invisible battle or an intense roller-coaster ride.
- feeling anywhere from slightly ruffled to down right rubbed raw.
- exhausted with having had bouts of insomnia.
- questions, doubts, and/or concerns over, or with, relationships – over every kind (work, personal, romantic, etc.).
I recommend everyone take a moment or two to look at your relationships; such as anyone or anything (yes, thing) you are connected to.
