Exit points are strategically placed emergency exits for you to leave your life and body (die). As far as I understand, we each have about five of these per lifetime.
We all seem to be provided these opportunities, and each one that we are faced with, we have to make a decision to stay or go."

"This past week I have head from people complaining about being unusually (not the norm for them) exhausted, off-kilt, purging (crying – or wanting to, sweating, etc.), can’t get enough/any sleep, wonky feeling, agitated or annoyed, trouble focusing or not staying focused (also known as being distracted), etc."

Apparitions may:
- appear as solid as you and I (may be solid enough to physically touch)
- be mostly seen as see-through (translucent) and a bit wispy. May be human, animal, non-human."
